Dan: Lily came by the other day looking for you. What’s going on?
Rufus: Lily and I had a fight it’s complicated.. This isn’t one of those parent trap situations that you and Jenny can swoop in on. Lily and I need time to figure this out.
Dan: And..you’re doing that by not telling her where you are?
Rufus: It’s not the best strategy but until i talk to her at least I can hope that I’m wrong about what happened.
Dan: So you don’t wanna talk to her cause of what you think she might tell you?
Rufus: You know I’m not willing to explain myself Dan.
Dan: Alright fine, fine you can make your own damn waffles.
Rufus: (Sigh) C’mon Dan..
Dan: Listen, you’re the one that’s always saying to be honest and talk about things so I really hope you’re not going to let your guard down because you’re scared to take your own advice.
